Form 941X being Developed by IRS

Amending a Form 941, Employer’s Quarterly Federal Tax return, has always been a confusing process to correct a mistake on a previously filed form.  The IRS is developing a new form to make this process easier, Form 941X.  The new form will not be available until 2009.
